Photo Challenge: Handwriting.
Jose and I are participating in a nutrition challenge. It started Feb 1, 2012 and goes through April 4. We are competing with a group of people for a prize and bragging rights! As you can see, to keep track of our points we use a calendar. We each have one and it is posted on our fridge so every day we fill it out.
The categories are:
1. % body fat
2. Daily food points for following the diet
3. Weight (Jose’s goal is to gain, mine is to lose)
4. A workout which we did at the beginning and which we will do again at the end to test improvement
